Fundraising Events

Event planning + on-site supervision: $7,500-50,000

Timeline: 6-18 months, 4 weeks for evaluation and final file delivery

I’ll need from you: Approved budget for event expenses outside of my fees; donor contact information; volunteer contact information; weekly access to fundraising leadership in order to approve decisions and payments; 2-4 hour with organizational leadership to affirm priorities and strategies

You’ll get from me: Fully-executed fundraising event with my on-site supervision; full listing of all donors and donation information (cash and in-kind) ready to be uploaded to your donor database or shared with your accountant; final files of all event materials; contact information and invoices for all vendors; event budget and expenses summary; contact information for all volunteers; event summary, evaluation, and recommendations for organization’s leadership

Please note that event sponsorships usually require 12-18 months to secure. Organization will be responsible for all event-related expenses and no costs will be directly paid by or secured by the consultant.
